Formation permeability is an important parameter in oilfield production and management,even Is one of the most important parameters in reservoir evaluation and oil-field development.There are many methods to obtain reservoir permeability from actual data.Including conventional logging,acoustic logging,NMR logging and core analysis etc.Based on Biot theory,There are three kinds of waves that can propagate in a liquid filled porous medium,The fast compressional waves,shear waves and slow compressional waves.The fast compressional wave and shear wave are mainly related to the elasticity of the porous media framework.And the influence of the fluid in the pore is small.The slow compressional wave is mainly related to the movement of fluid in the pores,and the influence of the axial elasticity of the porous medium is small.Permeability formation and borehole acoustic wave.Especially the interaction with the Stone wave,is through the slow wave formation pore fluid in the excitation and propagation cause,which is the theoretical basis for calculating the permeability by the Stone wave.Stone wave is determined by the interaction of strata and borehole fluid,cause borehole micro distortion and formation,the most sensitive to this transfer is related to the pore fluid pressure on the borehole wall,in permeable strata tends to cause the Stone wave to wave time delay and frequency offset,there is a close relationship between the degree and the formation permeability theory show the change.Therefore,the permeability curve inversion can get continuous variation with depth of strata by using array acoustic data in the Stone wave,is of great significance for the reservoir evaluation and further development of productivity.On the basis of exploration wells,Baiyun deep-water area evaluation wells,combined with logging data and core data,S-wave and Stone wave,and on the basis of Stoneley wave method to study the permeability evaluation: according to the characteristics of the Baiyun deep-water area.The research in this area in the Stone wave characteristics and difference of permeability,the Stone wave data of wave field separation,forward modeling,inversion of permeability,and analysis of the factors affecting the permeability of Stoneley wave evaluation of the region,and the evaluation method of Stone wave permeability in this area for comparative analysis.
