The Research Of Carbon Trading Monetization Method In Urban Transportation System

On November 30,2015,in “national independent contribution",our country set up a target which carbon dioxide emissions will peak around 2030 and per unit of GDP carbon dioxide emissions in 2015 will lower 60%-65% than in 2005,and commitment to achieve this goal as soon as possible.On January 22,2016,the national development and reform commission issued a startup notification of national carbon emissions trading market.The aims of the notification is to promote the construction of the national carbon trading market,to make sure that the 2017 national carbon trading,and the implementation of carbon emissions trading system.In the new situation,a clear target for China's carbon emissions is that our nation must take effective measures about the industries and enterprises who emissions a larger of Carbon dioxide,while the carbon reduction effect of the carbon market was validated by developed countries;In addition,transportation industry carbon emissions accounted for 21% of the total carbon emissions which only lower than the power industry.Therefore,use the carbon trading market is an important means to study the transportation industry in our country's carbon trading activities.The carbon trading market can make the carbon trading mechanism of our country's transportation industry more perfect.The carbon trading market can make the targets of our transportation industry's carbon emissions reduction come ture.The carbon trading market also can reduce the whole country's carbon emissions.So the carbon trading market of our country's transportation industry has a very important significance.This paper takes the research method of sum up,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to analysis and researches the carbon trading monetization method of our country urban transportation system deeply.First of all,this paper discusses the specific process of carbon trading in china's urban transportation system.Secondly,this paper respectively constructs the model of the number of carbon trading and the carbon trading price which from the urban transportation system,and constructs the carbon trading currency model of urban transportation system through the carbon trading and the carbon trading price.Again,this paper takes the urban transportation system of the chongqing urban area as an example and constructs the carbon trading currency model of urban transportation system.Finally,this paper combines with the average price of carbon trading in China,to discuss the carbon trading of urban transportation system which will be impacted by the carbon trading price distorting.Through the above research,this paper has obtained the following results:(1)The carbon trading of the urban transportation system has an intimate relationship with the trend of the passenger flow and the transfer of the passenger flow.The trend of the passenger flow and the transfer of the passenger can be calculated separately through the regression analysis model and the time value of the model.This paper combines the trend of passenger flow and transfer of passenger flow,and according to the GHG Protocol standard formula for greenhouse gas emissions can be calculated carbon trading of urban transportation system;(2)In the urban transportation system,the shadow price of the carbon emissions is not equal to the market price of the carbon emissions,but the marginal productivity of the carbon emissions is equal to the marginal cost of the carbon emissions.The carbon shadow price of the urban transportation system can be quantified calculation which through the production function model and when the carbon element as a special kind of factors of production;(3)The paper constructs the carbon trading currency model of urban transportation system through the carbon trading and the carbon trading price.According to the data from 2011 to 2015 in chongqing urban area,it can be calculated that the number of carbon trading which from the rail and road traffic in 2015 is 134.551 billion tons,the carbon trading price is 32.757 RMB,the total amount of carbon trading is 4407.487 billion yuan,and the price of carbon elements deviation degree is 1.10.Basis on this data,we can know that chongqing constructs the carbon trading currency model of urban transportation system is conform to the actual.Basis on this data,we can also know that transportation industry join the carbon trading market is feasible.
