Fiber material has been widely applied in the field of Engineering repair and reinforcement.With the help of prestressed FRP,the corroded steel pipeline carrying capacity and the utilization of FRP are improved,solving the issues about stress lagging,it also avoiding enormous costs during the repair time.The skeleton of the article was based on prestressed anchorage device,Four question may concern when put it into practical engineering.Like,alter the paste glue way and get rid of the device after the glue was solidify may change the result of reinforcement,the shearing performance of structural glue,how to established a formula that can figure out the prestress value while reinforce the different corroded steel pipeline.Firsly,Comparing two paste glue way,as,paste glue on the face of frp or paste glue on the face of steel,research about the bonding effect by experiment of hydrostatic pressure.So that we can choose a more convenient and efficient way.Then get rid of the prestress device,analyse the amplitude of variation about the final carrying capacity of the corroded steel pipeline after the glue was solidify.The test indicated that the change was subtle,we can totally get rid of the device in practice,the device can be recycled and the fee also be reduced.Then,Combing Residual bearing capacity theory with the relationship between FRP strain and prestress moment and classic pipe mechanics theory,we established a formula that can figure out the prestress value while reinforce the different corroded steel pipeline.Finaly,This kind of structural glue effect the consolidate result directly for the whole system.Based on the shear slip curve between frp and steel,also with the experiment database,we established a formula that can calculated the shearing performance of structural glue for different situation.It may helpful when we choose a structural glue in practice project.
