The Research Of Air Quality Improvement Mechanism Based On The Traffic Effect

It has always been a very important problem concerned by a lot of people that whether automobile exhaust is a source of air pollution.But in many of the existing research there are different points of view,and even the opposite ones.This paper takes Xi'an as an example to analyze the relationship between quantity of vehicles and SO2 or NO2 by Spearman correlation test.It's found that some characteristics and trends appear in residents' travel habits and time.Those characteristics means air indicators like SO2 and NO2 will peak with quantity of vehicles at the same time,especially during the rush hours.The result of Spearman correlation analysis which is about quantity of vehicles and corresponding indicators declares the opinion of this article.It shows there is a significant correlation between quantity of vehicles and quality of air in urban area in Xi'an,and the coefficient goes to0.688.The conclusion can be drawn by analyzing and dealing with the actual data.In other words,quantity of vehicles is one of the main cause which result in air pollution.According to the result of Spearman correlation test which is about quantity of vehicles and air indicators,the comprehensive improvement model based on traffic is built.And it is built from many parts,such as air quality forecast,information spread by media,residents travel advice,control mechanism trigger an so on.In addition,the model concentrate on two problems that is the time of traffic light and the separation of vehicles.The traffic light model is set to solve the time and steps to application,and the solution varies which means the solution should adjust to the different digit about the AQI index.Based on the theory about graph and network analysis in operations research,the question about maximal flow of minimum cost is transformed to the question about maximal flow of minimum time.Every process of solution means making policy,and it will stop by no way to pass through in the graph.Then the information should be updated between each department of traffic management to decide to continue or not.The final adjustment and evaluation result can be used to assess the work of traffic management department.At last,reasonable suggestions are made in kinds of fields,such as development of industries,ensure the operation of public traffic system.
