| CBN grinding wheel of the ceramic bond is more widely used in the field of grinding,with its excellent grinding property.The systemic analysis and research on the effects of additives on vitrified CBN composite performance of the spline based on effect of additive content of Li2O,K2O and ZnO on the properties of ceramics,and explore the use of the strong electromagnetic processing technology.Moreover,this paper also studies the CBN abrasive surface treatment effect of particle and vitrified bonding properties of abrasive itself and the mill.Research shows that:add role of alkali metal oxide Li2O and K2O to reduce refractoriness strong anti bending strength with the content increase,increased firstly and then decreased when the molar quantity(Li2O+Na2O)/(B2O3+Al2O3)= 1.144 or(K2O + Na2O)/(B2O3+Al2O3)= 1.004,the flexural strength of the highest;effect of ZnO on ceramic liquidity larger,strength slightly lower,the trend is not reached.There is no obvious effect of the strong electromagnetic treatment on the ceramic properties in this experiment,and the strength of the ceramic is slightly increased..Strong electromagnetic sintering to obtain the analysis results vary,strong electromagnetic sintering on the grain size and microstrain produced effect has a consistent trend,SiO2,ZrO2,C4H6Al6Na8O28Si6 tensile strain decreases.In particular,C4H6Al6Na8O28Si6 was changed from tensile strain to compressive strain,and the grain size decreased.The micro tensile strain of NaAlSi3O8 was slightly increased,and the corresponding grain size was also increased by a small extent.In addition,the crystallinity of the strong electromagnetic sintering is slightly higher than the ordinary sintering.The paper explores the sol-gel parameter optimization,TEOS:NH4OH around 1:0.17-0.25,pH value at about 9 to 10,EtOH adding moderate amount,maintained at a temperature of 60,forming colloidal time about for 24 h,transparent colloid precipitation.After CBN coating,the SiO2 abrasive and binder are more easily bonded and wettability improved. |
