| The reliability of hydraulic support with large mining height is the key factor to determine the high yield and high efficiency of thick coal seam face.Because of high support height and complicated forces on the large mining height hydraulic support,it puts forward higher requirements to the strength of the structure,the hydraulic control system and the machining precision.In this paper, the reliability of large mining height hydraulic support in thick coal seam face is studied from the aspects of structure design, hydraulic control system characteristics, processing technology.In order to solve the technical problems in the design and manufacture hydraulic support, improve the working performance of hydraulic support with large mining height.Firstly, according to the occurrence condition of thick seam,the key technical parameters of the hydraulic support are calculated,and the main parts are designed based on the virtual prototype technology,the design scheme of hydraulic support with large mining height is proposed.Secondly,this thesis analyzed he interaction between support and surrounding rock,finished the mechanical calculation of hydraulic support,established the finite element model of the whole frame and key components of hydraulic support,and the stress and strain are analyzed to find out the weak link to ensure the reliability of the hydraulic support.At the same time, based on the AMESim simulation software, the key components of the hydraulic system are modeled and simulated,and the working performance of the safety valve, hydraulic control check valve and electro-hydraulic directional valve are analyzed;Through the simulation analysis of the column circuit, the driving circuit and the balance circuit,the displacement, pressure and flow rate of the oil cylinder in the working process are obtained,and laid the foundation of the improvement of working reliability of control loop of hydraulic system.Finally,the processing technology of large mining height hydraulic support is studied from the aspects of material selection,cutting,welding and assembly,reasonable flow process set up,the reliability of the whole machining process is guaranteed.In this paper, the computer aided design and other modern design methods are used to design the hydraulic support,and the spatial mechanics analysis and the structural finite element analysis are carried out to improve the reliability of the design of the hydraulic support with large mining height The virtual simulation is used to analyze the hydraulic control loop of the hydraulic support ,to improve the reliability of the hydraulic system of large mining height hydraulic support, and to provide the reference for the optimization of the hydraulic system parameters.At the same time, through the establishment of reasonable processing, welding and assembly process, to ensure the high mining height hydraulic support processing quality.The research of this paper has certain reference significance to solve the technical problems such as the low strength of the structure and the instability of the hydraulic control system on hydraulic supports with large mining height. |
