The Study On Constrcting Achitecture And Promoting Utility Of The Safety Principles

Security issues cover all aspects of the production and life of human.With the development of economy and technology, a growing number of people were aware of the importance of security issues. As a basic theory and guidance of safety activities, safety principles need to be further studied. As a result, we need to dive deep into it to promote the development of its theoretical system.This paper talked about the situation of the study of safety principles home and abroad at first. Many exports and scholars made contributions to the study of safety principles through their hard-working for years. However, when it comes to safety principles, there are many problems to be solved such as the definition, properties and relative theories, the basic framework and system, disordered component theories and so forth. All of those factors make safety principles work ineffectively.This paper analyzed the basic attributes of safety principles basedon the basic attributes of safety. And the selection principle was made on the basis of this analysis. Principles and theories about safety principles covered all aspects so that twenty-two theories were chose as component of safety principles according to the selection principle. In addition, the status and function of those theories were analyzed to build the architecture about safety principles. After that, the hierarchy was explained to prove the practicability of this system. Safety principles were used to study policy of safe production. The theoretical basis of the policy of safe production was explored to ensure that basic safety principles system is suitable for guiding safety production.The paper made multilevel fault tree to put safety principles into good use. Based on the analysis of accident causes, a deep understanding of the process and direction of the accident was taken to predict the potential consequences of the accident. Based on the fault tree, using the top event as the beginning, multilevel fault tree made the transverse classification according to degree of the accident consequences and the longitudinal branch combined with the potential consequences. Two important indexes which were called effect degree and seriousness degree were introduced to make quantitative analysis of multilevel fault tree and the calculation method of multilevel fault tree was established.The application of the multilevel fault tree is an important aspect of the utility promotion of safety principles, which is beneficial to guiding people on carrying out safety activities.
