Coal resources is one of the pillars of China's three major energy and the important lifeblood of the economic development and social progress.Safe and efficient exploitation of coal resources is the basic safeguard of our country's rapid and harmonious development. Mine water inrush has long been one of the main disasters in coal mine safety production, and brought to the country and people extremely heavy economic loss and casualty. Especially in recent years, with the rapid development of coal industry, the increase of mining depth, mining mechanization and mining speed, the mine has higher and higher demand for the prevention and control of water disasters. Under the condition of new mining,exploration technology and method of mine water inrush prevention and control, is of great significance for realizing high-efficient and safety exploitation of coal mine. Combined with theoretical analysis, the geophysical exploration and the method of numerical simulation are used in the paper.In the presence of fault, simulates the influence law of various geological conditions on the inrush. Under the condition of mining, we concluded the variation regularity of the stress and the plastic zone and the displacement of floor strata and the shear stress. The specific work as follows:(1) On the basis of former study, we found the distribution regularity to the stope wall rock stress, bottom fracture, bottom fracture zone and the coal seam area. According to the theory of elastic-plastic mechanics and mining pressure, analyzed the fault structure on the influence of inrush and fault activation mechanics;Based on the fluid-structure interaction theory, and analysed the influence of aquifer confined water inrush and fault activation. Through drilling to verify this area water pressure and rich water amount, concluded working face water specific information.(2) According to the water rich geophysical exploration results of Huaheng coal mine - 800 level of 32103 working face and drilling,verified the 32103 working face water pressure and rich water information.(3) Using the transient electromagnetic instrument, carried out on the working face floor water exploration. Combining with the geological data of 32103 face, using Flac 3d software to numerical simulated. Faults in different Angle, dip Angle of coal seam and the water pressure value aquifer cases, were numerically simulated. Through the vertical stress and the plastic zone and pore pressure contours and the line charts floor displacement and fault fracture zone shear stress change, studied the inrush and fault activation rule.(4) Combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, we took effective prevention and cure water measures in 32103 mining working face.
