Organic fluorescence molecules based on aggregation-induced emission(AIE)mechanism are of interest to many researchers. The traditional organic fluorescent molecules,in the solution the fluorescence performance when concentration increases will be weakened or disappeared, that is,aggregation led to light quenching.AIE molecules can overcome this defect.AIE molecules dispersed in the solution when there is no fluorescence,in solid or in the presence of poor solution, resulting in fluorescence and high fluorescence quantum yield.AIE molecules are numerous and hot materials for research in the fields of chemistry, biology and materials. This paper focuses on the study typical structure of AIE,which is tetraphenylethylene(TPE).TPE synthesis is simple, excellent luminous performance, easy to modify functional. In the chemical testing, biological imaging and detection applications have been a very good development. Our subject, the designed synthetic of TPE structure is that contains two functional groups of iodole salts to research its imaging properties and the detection of active substances in cells. We linked the iodole salt structure to two junction sites on different planes of the tetraphenylethylene molecule.Since the membrane potential of the mitochondrial cell membrane in the cell is-180Mv,which is much higher than that of the conventional cell membrane, the positively charged probe molecule can theoretically better target the mitochondria.Based on the previously reported results, tetraphenylethylene molecules with an iodole salt structure can not only target mitochondria well, but have the characteristics of low cytotoxicity, high selectivity and good light stability. Therefore, the interaction between two indole salt structures and the interaction of mitochondria in the cells was designed to achieve the selective imaging of mitochondria, and the small molecule of hydrogen sulfide analysis of mitochondrial activity in mitochondria was achievedThe TPE-QA probe, which contains two positively charged quaternary ammonium salts, has the characteristics of aggregation-induced luminescence. It is found that it can enter the bacteria. In this work,we will discuss the antibacterial properties of TPE-QA,Through the mesoporous silica composite TPE-QA,reduce the cytotoxicity of TPE-QA.
