| In this paper,achieving the controllable response of the intelligent nanomicelle is the objective.The photochromic spiropyran polymer consisted of SPMA was synthesized.Combined with the group’s experience in the synthesis of a variety of amphipathy copolymers,according to the research ideas of complex micelles,the multiple response of complex micelles prepared in aqueous solution can be regulated.We studied the self-assembly behavior of the responsive micelles.The main work as follows:(1)PEG-SPMA which is an amphipathy bipolymer is synthesized by ATRP that PEG-Br as initiator,SPMA as a monomer.The micelle system prepared in aqueous solution is composed of PSPMA as the core and PEG as the shell when the concentration is higher than CMC.It has the characteristics of light responsive and pH responsive.The structure of the chain segment changed by the change of the environment(light and pH),so as to achieve the purpose of multiple response.(2)POSS-PMO-90 was synthesized by ATRP.The complex micelle(POSS-PMO-90/PEG-PSPMA)was prepared by solvent exchange in the molar ratio of 1:1 in aqueous solution The system has the characteristics of light responsive and temperature responsive.The response efficiency of the composite micelles was higher than that of the single micelles,and the SP structure and the MC structure of the composite structure were faster than those of the single micelles.When the concentration is greater than CMC,the complex mecille is composed of hydrophobic POSS core and spiropyran segments of the SP structure as the shell,hydrophilic PMO-90 and PEG as the composite crown.Under UV light conditions,the complex mecille is composed of the compound nucleus formed by POSS and MC structure of SPMA,hydrophilic PMO-90 as the shell and PEG as the crown.Ringing the temperature up to LCST,the complex mecille is composed of POSS and MC structure of SPMA as the compound nucleus,the collapse of the hydrophobic PMO-90 as the shell,hydrophilic PMO-90 as the shell.Because of its high sensitivity to light and the change of the micelle structure under different control procedures,it provides an effective solution for the controllable response in complex environment(light,pH,temperature).(3)Photosensitive polymer POSS-PSPMA containing POSS was synthesized by ATRP.POSS-PSPMA/PEG-PSPMA micelles was prepared by solvent replacement in the molar ratio of 1:2 in water solution.The complex micelle system solved the problem of low solubility of POSS-PSPMA in water and introduced organic inorganic hybrid POSS in PEG-PSPMA micelles.In the aqueous solution,the complex micelle is composed of POSS as the core,PSPMA as shell and PEG as the crown The micellar system has the characteristics of light responsive and pH responsive. |
