| With the rapid development of the electronic science,people need the electronic materials,which have high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss.Therefore,to develop the compostite with high dielectric constant,which become the important materials in the field of engineering dielectric physics.The coated Multi-Wall Carbon Nanotubes(MWCNTs)are widely used in the high dielectric polymer as the fillers.Now,the multi-wall carbon nanotubes were decorated with bariun titanate(BTO@MWCNTs)barium strontium titanate(BST@MWCNTs),La-doped barium titanate(Bal-xLaxTi03@MWCNTs),respectively.,by the sol-gel and dipping method.The specific tasks of study are as follows:1.We put the surfactant of SDS and SDBS into the sol-dipping liquid.To a certain extent,with the increase of the surfactant,the amount of the coated particles on the surface of the MWCNTs also increase.The reason is that the surfactants have contributed to the dispersion of the MWCNTs in aqueous solution.Besides,the SDBS have good dispersions influence than SDS,owing to it is benzene ring structure.When the SDBS addition is 50 mg,the surface of MWCNTs are covered with a layer of the BTO.The BTO@MWCNTs has high dielectric constant.The BTO@MWCNTs-PVDF exhibited good dielectric performance.2.We prepared the BST@MWCNTs by adding SDBS into the barium strontium titanate dipping liquid.We found that the MWCNTs is coved with a lay of BST when the amount of water is 70 ml.Bariun strontium titanate has excellent dielectric properties.The BST@MWCNTs-PVDF,which have much better dielectric performance than BTO@MWCNTs-PVDF.3.By adding lanthanum nitrate into BTO precursor solution,La-doped BaTi03 sol-dipping solution was prepared.Based on the amount of La(NO)3,were prepared Ba0.95La0.05TiO3@MWCNTs,Ba0.85La0.15TiO3@MWCNTs,Ba0.70La0.30TiO3@MWCNTs.Bal-xLaxTiO3@MWCNTs-PVDF was prepared.The polymer has good dielectric properties.Among these polymer,Ba0,95La0.05TiO3@MWCNTs-PVDF has the best dielectric properties. |
