As China's economic and social development,the demands of petrochemical products are being grown.The Chinese oil refining chemical equipments are beeing becom to large-scale,standardization,automation,while demands of the superheated steam are being grown.Currently,steam superheater,are generally need more temperature comed from slurry oil,gas oil or heated combustion exhaust gas Combustion.Therefore they are being damaged in the walls and pipes of the cooled water,radical pipes and the collectted gas tubes,convection convection tubes.This thesis is analysised the failured tube cap fora petrochemical company,which had annual gone 80,000 ton,outputs of the styrene,in Room A radiation superheated gas these are ordered for the reasons of the tube failure.At the same time,these are benefitted for productions and designs.The failure reasonal analysis had used on tracheal tube cap in the superheated steam furnace room A first.I had analysised the device structure and material properties of the overall.We would know the equipment designs,productions,manufacturing process and the working conditions.We would chest the macrostate,surface shapeon the failure equipment.We would analysis the realations among the material properties,chemical compositional distributions organizational structure and characteristics.We would find the reasons between the macro and micro,and we would find the improvement measures.At the end,we had been done experimentsas follows:macro-analysis of failure experiments on the set tracheal tube cap,component testing experiments,Inclusions observed experiments,fracture observation experiments,contrast observation experiments of the metallurgical structureand,hardness test experiments,EDS Observations experiments.Through analysis,we had come to know the reasons the damaged tube cap in the environment and the specific high-temperature conditions.At last we find the improvement ways.
