Micro-structure products have been widely used in the communications,medical,biological,computer,machinery and other fields.Microstructure injection molding technology as an important method of processing microstructure plastic products has been greatly developed.The accuracy of the microstructure of injection molding products is demanded very high.So micro-machine injection molding machine clamping mechanism must have a higher accuracy and better repeatability.The molding clamping mechanism is designed,The performance of the organization were optimized by simulation.(1)Based on the performance requirements of microstructure injection molded machine and the mold clamping characteristics of the microstructure injection molding machine,the clamping unit is analyzed theoretically.The driving plans and structure of the clamping mechanism are determined,the clamping mechanism with clamping force of 1300KN is designed and its three-dimensional model is established.(2)Through the analysis,the independent design parameters which influence the main performance of the clamping are confirmed.The influence of the design parameters on the magnification ratio and the stroke ratio is analyzed.Aiming at the characteristics of the micro-structure injection molding machine clamping mechanism driven by the servo motor,it is more reasonable to obtain the range of the toggle system.The optimization objective function of controlling the weight ratio and the expected value of different performance parameters is established,and the overall optimization of the clamping unit is made;Using MATLAB software to develop an optimized design graphical user interface.(3)Based on the virtual prototyping technology,the kinematics and dynamics simulation of the toggle system of the clamping mechanism are carried out.The driving function of the crosshead is optimized,and the driving mode is small and the driving speed is high.the rotation of the deputy friction is added to each pin.After the simulation,the change of the driving force of the cross with time is obtained.The driving forces and the frictional forces at the joints of the toggle under different friction coefficients are studied.(4)The analysis of the three plates of the mold clamping mechanism of the microstructure injection molding machine is got.The stress and deformation distribution characteristics of each template are analyzed,and the stress of the template is checked.Based on the characteristic of the stress and deformation distribution of the mold mounting plane of the movable template and the fixed template,the structure of the template is optimized,the smaller deformation of mold mounting plane and lighter quality of the template are got,the micro-structure injection molding machine clamping accuracy is improved.
