This project develops a more practical and operational process to treat waste liquors of iminodiacetonitrile which has been using incineration disposal technology to dispose currently.Use the analytical instruments such as nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)of iminodiacetonitrile waste liquors has were analyzed.Iminodiacetonitrile liquors was found to contain many valuable components,such as:Hydroxy acetonitrile,Aminoacetonitrile and Iminodiacetonitrile,etc.Thus carried out in-depth study in resource utilization of iminodiacetonitrile Liquors The main work summarized in the following aspects:(1)By adding ammonium hydroxide or liquid ammonia to regulate pH value of the liquors of iminodiacetonitrile and liquors evaporation of moisture so as to improve the concentration ofl substances,organic cyanide hydrolysis process steps to make further chemical reactions and changes of the effective components of iminodiacetonitrile waste liquors,and recovery of main organic component in the mother liquor,so as to explore a resource-oriented utilization of liquors of iminodiacetonitrile.(2)The results show that 70%of the organic matter in the liquors by reaction became iminodiacetonitrile.The concentration of IDAN in liquors by 5-6%increase to 12-16%after process optimization.ID AN liquors after conversion,hydrolysis,separation,recycling 45-70%of iminodiacetic acid can be recycled.(3)In front of the transformation of ammonification reaction steps.By Adding formaldehyde equalingto in mother liquors to react with free cyanide.Conversion evaporative fraction are bubbled inturn into sulfuric acid and NaOH absorption.Through the reaction of free cyanide content in the system reduced from 1.1-1.5%to 2-10 mg·L-1.After adding a small amount of sodium thiosulfate process,hydrolysis product recycling use.By recycling of the IDAN liquor extract residual product from IDAN liquors,which can not burning device and saves equipment investment.has the significance of reducing carbon emissions.Second,developed the effective way of solving the problem of the IDAN waste of high concentration of free cyanide in the mother liquor,have great significance in environmental protection.Third Amino acids slow/controlled release fertilizer prepared with these raw material could convert calcific P in soil into activity P,has the very good economic value and social benefits.
