Piping design and layout is very important during the process of petrochemical plant engineering.The piping design shall be confirmed safety,economy,stable and convenience for piping and the equipments connecting with it as well as comply with the P&ID.Hydrogen carbonation reaction section is the key part of dry-gas making ethyl benzene unit,in this part,there are two reactor that spare for each other or one operation while the other one regeneration,in most of period,the two reactor are in a great different at temperature.The temperature differential leads to the affection of the combined piping,so the nozzles and flanges in the line are suffering great stress.To reduce the stress,I will optimize the piping distribution.Otherwise,there shall be less benzene in the spare piping part,through a lot of calculation and tries,and leakage checking every time,I got the balanced model.I use damper to instead guide to achieve better reflex of piping during normal operation to prevent damage when accident happen.Dehydrogenation reaction section is the key part of styrene unit,the difficulties of this part are large diameter,high temperature,tight land,meanwhile,the requirements of temperature drop and pressure drop of the piping is restrict.To satisfy these requirements,expansion joints with structure stabilized fittings,inner insulation and nitrogen protection&alarm services are applied. |
