Pipeline acts as one of the important transportation equipment and infrastructure in the country and its safe operation is not only related to the energy in the process of conveying not wasted,also related to the safety of the surrounding environment.While an important indicator of pipeline safe operation is to detect pipeline leakage effectively whether or not.The common method to leak detection is the method based on pressure and the related data driven.By measuring and analyzing changes of the pressure inside the pipeline caused by leakage,the method takes appropriate treatment in order to increase leak detection rate,reduce the non-response rates and improve the positioning accuracy requirements.Firstly,the principle of fluid pipeline leak detection and location is discussed in this paper,as meanwhile,we analysis the main factors influencing the accuracy of detection and positioning.Then on this basis,combining with the actual working condition,the enhanced signal correction scheme is given.1)The denoising processing and extraction of the signal play a great role in the method of leak detection which is based on empirical mode decomposition(EMD).In view of the end effect of EMD method,this paper gives the improved EMD algorithm of endpoint extremum continuation in combination with cosine window function.This method can restrain the endpoint effect effectively and improve the effectiveness of the algorithm.2)A lot of leakage is a slow leak in actual production and it is difficult to detect this kind of leakage.Aiming at such problems,the method which is based on the structure parameters of adaptive stochastic resonance with EMD for weak signal processing is given in this paper.Through this method,it can highlight the characteristics of leak signal so as to achieve the aim of testing.
