China which is a country with a vast territory,has abundant resources and its total is large,but the per capita resource ownership rate is very low.With the implementation of urbanization,the urban population is increasing,and the emission of municipal solid waste is increasing day by day.Large amounts of municipal solid waste contain a lot of renewable resources.The traditional waste disposal cannot reasonably reclaim a large amount of renewable resources in the garbage.As people pay attention to global warming,carbon trading has become an important means of controlling carbon emissions.The effective means of implementing emission reductions is to carry out carbon management.Through the development of municipal mineral waste treatment of garbage,people can be effective in making the waste transfer to resources,and in the process it can reduce the consumption of a large number of native resources and reduce the serious impact of the exploiting primary minerals on the environment.It reflects not only the sustainable use of resources,but also in line with the concept of carbon management.The main content of this paper is how to evaluate the development of urban mineral resources effectively,and use the evaluation results to study the effect of urban mineral development technology.The research of this paper is based on the previous research results,and after the study of many relevant literatures during the research,the corresponding data in this paper are obtained through the literature.In this paper,it takes the city life garbage for urban mineral development as the example,and uses the life cycle assessment method to build the city mineral development life cycle model,in which the silent resource attributes are analyzed.It would be helpful to further establish the carbon emissions of each technology list,and people could use the life cycle evaluation to analyze and evaluate the list in order to propose recommendations and improvement measures through the evaluation of the results.
