In this paper, we provide the basic research results for decision makers.In article, the practicability research of H company to build an annual output of 6000 tons of polyurethane adhesive, presents a research program project, including production, storage and transportation,planning facilities, environmental protection, labor protection, safety and health personnel and then with the project, investment estimate and economic benefit analysis and evaluation, using the quantitative analysis method of cash flow analysis, sensitivity analysis and breakeven analysis,so that the project is not only technically feasible, but also possess the financial feasibility, also has the strong anti risk ability.Based on the above analysis, the project is feasible.
