The coal mine environment geological structure is complex and diverse,the excavation process and the influence of natural condition,the coal mine,coal and rock dynamic disasters happen from time to tome,bring serious threat against the property and personal safety.So to find effective means of forecasting warning is very necessary.The occurrence of coal and rock dynamic disasters with sudden and diversity,deformation in the process of the disasters of coal or rock burst will release a variety of precursory physical information.These precursor information have different features but all composite certain regularity,which provides a new way for the prevention of disasters.To this,this article selects the coal and rock loaded failure process to release the charge induction signal,the electromagnetic radiation signals,infrared temperature as to predict the physical information,a detailed discussion on the three kinds of signal in the mechanism of coal and rock under load was broken,and according to the inherent characteristics of signal design signal acquisition module,set up charge induction based on DSP,the electromagnetic radiation and infrared radiation temperature of multi-parameter monitoring system,with the PC via a serial port communication LabVIEW for human communication.In view of the weak signal acquisition and optimization,to improve the traditional wavelet threshold algorithm,and through MATLAB to validate the new improved wavelet threshold algorithm.Broken coal and rock loading experiments,the use of independent development of coal and rock multi-parameter signal monitoring system through monitoring the whole experiment process.Experimental results show that the coal and rock multi-parameter monitoring system can effectively detect the release of the deformation of coal and rock burst charge induction signal,electric logging signal,the infrared radiation temperature signal.Improved wavelet threshold algorithm for charge induction signal and electromagnetic radiation signals are all in good denoising effect and early warning of coal and rock dynamic disasters in new ways.
