In the steel factory dust pollution on the atmosphere is very serious, especially in the coking furnace production process, it must be used bag dust removal technology to deal with the dust, to meet environmental requirements.Bag dust removal system is an important part of the steel factory. There are two parts for the control of the dust control system.One part is that complete the controling from control station to the scene. The other part is how to achieve the system and realize remote centralized management to the whole factory. Based on coking furnace of steel factory, this paper puts forward the use of HOLLiAS MACS-Ⅵ Distributed Control System(DCS) to complete the design of bag dust removal control system. Analyzed the production process of coking furnace and bag dust removal system of steel factory, according to the production process analysisd system control process,and emphatically analyzed the control principle of the fan system . Detailed analysisd the system electrical equipment signal detection and control requirements, improved the equipment protection parameter settings. Through the overall construction of the whole control system, combined with HOLLiAS MACS-VI system characteristics, the system hardware configuration, UPS power supply selection and related circuit design, complete the control system hardware design. At the same time, according to the control characteristics of the distributed control system, the system structure of the bag dust removal control system is designed, and the control process of the bag dust removal system is designed according to the bag dust removal process, and the design of the remote management part operation screen is improved. Completed the entire bag dust control system hardware design and software design, to achieve a centralized management of bag dust removal system and decentralized control. Finally, after the commissioning of the operation to complete the design requirements, to achieve the desired design results. |
