The Synthesis Of Polymer Composites And Molding Process For Pavement

With the improvement of living standards,the requirements of the road is no longer confined durable,and must be comfortable,beautiful,and harmony with the surrounding environment.This requires modification of the existing pavement materials and seeking new road paving material.The subject uses epoxy resin,bitumen and polyurethane as the main materials and makes a series studies.This paper uses asphalt as the main raw material and studies the influence of the amount of alcohol mud,SBS and epoxy resin on the viscosity,mechanical properties and thermal stability of modified asphalt.The results show that the mechanical property,glass transition temperature and thermal stability of modified asphalt were suitable when the amount of SBS,epoxy resin and alcohol mud are 3%,27%and 20%,respectively.In this study,epoxy resin composites were prepared which is a new materials and provide basis for the construction of urban color road.The influence of the amount of epoxy resin,octyl phthalate and Emery on mechanical property,glass transition temperature and thermal stability were investigated mainly in this paper.The results show that the mechanical property,glass transition temperature and thermal stability of epoxy resin composites were suitable when the amount of Emery,octyl phthalate and the active hydrogen of polyamide in a molar ratio of epoxy groups are 75%,20%-and 0.7,respectively.In this study,polyurethane polymer material was prepared which is a new materials and provide basis for the construction of urban color road.The influence of the amount of prepolymer,Thinner and catalyst on mechanical property,reaction time,glass transition temperature and thermal stability were investigated mainly in this paper.The results show that the mechanical property,reaction time,glass transition temperature and thermal stability of polyurethane polymer material were suitable when the amount of prepolymer,TCPP and catalyst are 5%,10%and 0.15%,respectively.
