Ammonia is the modified medium of cotton fiber modified system.Because the surface of the liquid ammonia's physical properties are similar to water,flews easily,its apparent viscosity and surface tension even smaller than water,extremely permeability;so the liquid ammonia can easily infiltrate fiber fabric make the fiber change,at the same time make sure no damage to the fiber,and quickly easy infiltrates.The properties of the liquid ammonia makes it got extensive attention in the fabric of modified.But ammonia is a colorless and stimulating stench of gas with a strong hydrophilic,permeability and corrosive chemical,ammonia is corrosion and stimulating effects on contact skin tissue.When people contact with the concentration large ammonia,he can make the eyes and skin burning injury,making a large damage to the person's body.So I want to recycle the ammonia of the mixture gas in the liquid ammonia fiber modified system.The study of the method of gas medium recovery in the Cotton fiber modified system is designed a suitable recovery system on the basis of the cotton fiber modified medium-ammonia.According to the special physical properties of the ammonia,I design a set of recovery system,facilitating to recovery the remnants of ammonia gas and turning into liquid ammonia,reclamation,so that reduce the production cost of the system.In order to meet cotton fiber modified system' the personalized,high-end market demand of the market demand and make the modification process more widely,and to enhance the international competitiveness of the domestic textile industry has the vital significance.In this paper,I design a set of ammonia gas recovery system,including:spray absorption tower?LinSuanAn analytical tower and ammonia column components,spray absorption tower absorbed the ammonia gas mixture using dilute phosphoric acid;LinSuanAn heat generated ammonia gas and dilute phosphoric acid in LinSuanAn analytical tower;the generation of ammonia is distillation purification in the ammonia column tower getting the pure ammonia,realization of ammonia recovery.Using Solidworks software established ammonia processing can of 3 d model,completing processing can stress-thermal stress coupling analysis using ANSYS software,simulation tne processing can's working environment,getting the work stress distribution and deformation quantity under the work condition,improvement design the parts of the structure of the can which don't meet the design requirements,make sure the treatment can finally meet the fiber liquid ammonia modification technology use requirement.According to the ammonia's special physical properties and fiber combination of liquid ammonia modification process requirements,designing of a complete set of ammonia gas recovery system.Designing and calculation the spray tower and analytical tower's size and high main parameters according to the recovery system.According to the process flow and monitoring requirements of the ammonia gas recovery system,as selected MCGS configuration software development platform designed PC monitoring system,designing of the monitor system realization process and making the PC system with real-time monitoring,remote control,and other function.
