Research On Crystallization Factors Of Permanent Red PR170 For Application

Color measurement principle based on analysis of PR170 with the color characteristics of the main crystal,the use of Mie theory on the pigment grain size and color variation was studied CI Pigment Red 170 two crystals(β,γ-type)factors of crystallization and conversion.The similar structure material was used to synthetic similar structure pigments,a preliminary study of the structure of crystalline pigment changes.Studies have shown that simple and flat structure is conducive to strong crystallization.Surfactants,synthetic pigment concentration,the amount of organic acids,PH value are important factors for crystal conversion and growth.PR170 pigment particle size of the crystals change color relations with the Mie theory of discourse,different mechanical grinding and dispersion of the pigment application have a significant impact,the production of the pigment has some significance.
