Half-sandwich ruthenium complexes play an important role in photochemical,organic catalysis,olefin metathesis,electrochemical,fluorescent ion probes,gas sensing and so on.By comparison,half-sandwich structured ruthenium complexs have novel structure,1-methyl 4-isopropyl toluene as a planar molecule can shield the metal half.On the one hand,it facilitates the formation of directional bonding;on the other hand,this kind structure could improve the solubility of ruthenium complex,which will beneficial to the functional application.The half-sandwich ruthenium complexes of the central metal ruthenium with [N,N],[N,C],[N,O],or [N,S]are coordinated in many organic conversion reactions Play an important role.In this paper,the oxazoline derivatives and ruthenium complexes containing [N,O] ligands can be high yield synthesized by changing the substituents formed on the oxazoline.The electrons and the space of the ruthenium complex can be effectively adjusted Steric effect.The half-sandwich ruthenium was used as the catalyst in different catalytic systems to study their properties.This paper were divided into four aspects.(1)In Chapter 1: This paper summarizes the related applications of ruthenium and ruthenium complexes,mainly introduce the wide application of metal ruthenium in catalytic chemistry,organic chemistry and bioinorganic chemistry.(2)In Chapter 2: Five half-sandwich ruthenium complexes were synthesized by the reaction of Ru(p-cymene)(?-Cl)Cl]2 and oxazoline ligands,and the structure of complexes were characterized by NMR,mass spectrometry,IR,single crystal X-ray.The molecular structure of the half-sandwich ruthenium complex was determined by the diffraction method,and the coordination pattern and the spatial configuration of the central atomwere analyzed.And to explore the reduction of aromatic nitro groups under the conditions of sodium borohydride and isopropanol as reducing agents.The present invention provides an environmentally friendly method for the formation of anilines and studies the reaction mechanism of the intermediates,The transition state associated with the product and the product is generally described.(3)In Chapter 3: three kinds of half-sandwich ruthenium complexes were synthesized by using Ru(p-cymene)(?-Cl)Cl]2 and oxazoline ligands.Studing the effect of its variation on the properties of the complexes by changing the substituents and the ring size.The catalytic activity of the complexes on the formation of amides by catalytic hydrolysis of aromatic nitriles was first investigated.The experimental results show that the catalyst2 f can efficiently catalyze the aromatic nitrile compounds with different substituents.(4)In Chapter 4: In this study,seven kinds of half-sandwich ruthenium complexes which has eighteen electrons were used as catalysts to synthesize indole compounds with o-nitro-phenylethanol compounds.The whole catalytic reaction experienced nitro reduction,alcohol oxidation,molecular dehydration and isomerization process.Through the excellent reaction,can be highly efficient series of indole derivatives.
