In this study, we collected toxicity data of PFCs combined with related proteins (L-FABP,TTR, serum albumin and PPARs). Five reasonable docking models of PFCs with L-FABP,TTR, serum albumin and PPARs were built and validated in this paper.The hydrogen bond,steric hindrance and lipophilic potential of pocket werecrucial to the interaction between PFCs and those receptors. PFUnA, PFDA and PFNA were higher toxicity to L-FABP,meanwhile PPAR?, PFHpA, PFNA and PFOA were higher toxicity to serum albumin, TTR and PPARa, respectively. PFNA was high toxicity to these five proteins, PFOS and PFOA were medium toxicity to these five proteins. Further analysis of the model, PFCs binding proteins (hl-FABP, serum albumin and TTR) were the transporters which take PFCs to toxic effect related proteins, and resulted in diseases. Our results can help us to find PFCs which have less effect on those proteins, and reduce the toxicological risk.We selected Manduca sexta, Spodoptera exigua Hiibner, Brassica chinensis and Arabidopsis thalina as the object of study. M. sexta and S. exigua Hiibner were feed with PFOS at three different concentrations. B.chinensis and A. thalina were exposed to three different PFOS concentrationsoil. We have established PFOS detection method, under different substrate conditions,correlation coefficient R2>0.99 in the corresponding concentration range. Recovery range is 80%?110%,RSD<7.5%, which confirmed the accuracy of detected PFOS method. The analysis results of the samples showed that the bioconcentration ability of A. thalina to PFOS is higher than B. chinensis. Insect bioconcentration ability is different with plant, when the concentration of PFOS in food is 2000 ?g/kg, both M. sexta and S. exigua have the similar bioconcentration ability. M. sexta has higher bioconcentration ability when PFOS concentration higher than 2000 ?g/kg,meanwhile, S. exigua has higher bioconcentration ability at low concentration.At last, the method of analysis of 13 PFCs in vegetables was established, good linear relationships were obtained (R2>0.99), The limit of detection (LOD) and the limit of quantification (LOQ) values were 0.03 or 0.05 ?g/kgand 0.1 ?g/kg, respectively; recoveries and RSD were within resonable limit. For the different district of Shanghai City, the detection results of three kinds of vegetables showed that the detection rate of PFHxDA?PFOcDA?PFUnA and PFDA reach 90%, and the detection rate of PFHxA is 0. It might be related with the length of carbon chain and PFCs concentrations in soil.
