In recent years,with the development of iron and steel production technology and the increasing competitive pressure of steel industry,improving the quality of steel has become an important way to improve the competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises.The technology of "Double-Slag+Slag-Remaining" has been concerned as the important way of smelting low phosphorus steel and treating high silicon hot metal.At present,there are some problems with the process.The process of deslag is not smooth,the dephosphorization effect is not obvious.One of the factors for this situation is the wrong judgment of the deslag time and the deslag quantity.Because the information about the composition,temperature and weight of the slag in the converter is unknown when the deslag operation is in progress,and it can only be judged by experience for the deslag time and the deslag quantity.It becomes one of the major obstacles for the realization of "Double-Slag+Slag-Remaining" technology to forecast the slag information,which contains composition,temperature and weight,when the "Double-Slag+Slag-Remaining" operation is in progress.Based on converter steelmaking process mechanism model,combined with the theories of Metallurgical Thermodynamics and Dynamics,a on-line prediction model of slag composition for the "Double-Slag+Slag-Remaining" process was built.Programmed with the VS2010 platform and the Oracle database was used as the data exchange platform to realize the development of model software,the off-line simulation,the on-line debugging,and the sampling work of the model were completed.In this paper,the results of the model calculation and the results of sampling were analyzed.The results show that: in the ten sampled furnaces,the ratio of the furnace is 80%,which the calculation error of temperature is less than 20?.The ratio of the furnace is 80%,which the calculation error of basicity(?(Ca O)/ ?(Si O2))is less than 10%.The ratio of the furnace is 80%,which the calculation error of ?(TFe)is less than 20%.The ratio of the furnace is 70%,which the calculation error of ?(Mg O)is less than 15%.In this paper,the model has high accuracy in points of temperature,basicity(?(Ca O)/ ?(Si O2)),?(TFe)and ?(Mg O).The model can guide the operation of the "Double-Slag+Slag-Remaining" process to ensure that the operation goes stably and high efficiently in circulation of the process.
