| Along with the vigorous development of industrial economy and society,applications in different fileds puts forward more and more stringent requirements in the quality of cold rolled strip.Good practice indicates that how to control the temperature of the strip rationally during the production process to obtain excellent surface quality and accurate plate shape has become a urgent problem which is supposed to be solved by engineering and technical personnel in order to improve the quality of tin products.Tin plate is one of the most popular and successful products among cold rolled products,so that there is always a huge demand for the tin plate.This paper studies and analyzes the soft-melting process of tinplate,introduces resistance softening and induction melting equipment based on the background of 1420 mm cold-rolled electroplating tin unit system optimization in one Iron and Steel Cold Rolling Plant in Nanjing.Combined with the control model of the original system,this paper analyzes the basic principle and strategies of soft melting temperature control.The heat transfer mode of the strip is analyzed based on the working mechanism of the reflow process and the basic principle of heat transfer.The calculation equation of the heat transfer method is also derived according to the heating characteristics of the strip during the reflow process.Meanwhile,the mathematical model of temperature soft melting process is also established.Based on the original system,the temperature control model of the strip from the soft melt inlet to the outlet is established by using the mathematical model in LabVIEW environment.The actual production process is simulated and the outlet temperature curve is got.On the basis of the above models,the typical off-line rolling data is selected for simulation calculation,and the temperature calculation values are compared with the measured temperature values to verify the accuracy of temperature prediction model. |
