In recent years,with the rapid development of textile industry in our country,the composition of wastewater is also more and more complex in the production process,so it is becoming increasingly difficult to treat the produced wastewater.Based on the field investigation and field monitoring of dyeing wastewater of Ma'an shan some textile limited company,it can be seen that dyeing wastewater has showed several characteristics,such as a large fluctuation of water quality and quantity,strong alkalinity,low biodegradability,the high organic content,high chromaticity and so on,which belongs to high concentration of refractory industrial wastewater.Fully considering above characteristics,the design scale of this project is 5000m3/d,the design influent quality index of each pollutant is: pH=8-11,CODCr=2100mg/L,BOD5=400mg/L,NH3-N=34mg/L,SS=400mg/L,and the chromaticity is 750 times,respectively.the BOD5/CODCr of this wastewater is less than 0.2,which has low biodegradability.According to the change of wastewater quality and quantity,the wastewater treatment process is established.The primary treatment technology is proposed to adopt grille,adjusting pool,coagulative sedimentation tank and hydrolysis acidification pool,biological treatment technology is proposed to adopt biological contact oxidation tank,advanced treatment technology is proposed to adopt ozone oxygen pool combined with biological aerated filter,the sludge disposal scheme is proposed to adopt gravity concentration and belt filter press dewatering scheme,and sludger cake and grille slag is transported to corresponding qualified solid waste disposal center.According to the estimate,the expected removal rates of CODCr,BOD5,NH3-N,SS and chromaticity is going to reach 96.3%,97.7%,85.3%,96.8%and 95.2%,respectively,the treated discharge water indexes can meet the indirect emission standards of “Wastewater Pollutants Discharge Standard for Textile Dyeing industry”(GB4287—2012)and the connecting pipeline standard of municipal sewage pipe network.Through consulting relevant document databases and design specifications,this engineering design chooses proper design parameters,and completes the all structure process design and main equipment selection.According to the layout principle and requirements of sewage treatment plant,it has carried on general plane layout and elevation layout and draw the all structures,and discuss the project economic analysisand benefit analysis all the time,the total investment of this project is estimated to be30 million yuan,and the cost of sewage treatment is 2.57 yuan/ton of water,After the implementation of the project,the expected reduction of CODCr,BOD5,NH3-N and SS is 3690.2 tons per year,713.6 tons per year,59.9 tons per year and 706.3 tons per year,respectively.The enterprise dyeing wastewater discharges after treatment compliance,which is beneficial to change the pollution of water environment and the sustainable development of the city.
