| With the rapid development of modern industry and economy,water pollution has become a serious obstacle to sustainable development.Toxic,biodegradable organic wastewater treatment,due to lack of effective treatment methods,become the focus and difficulty the field of water treatment.It is also one of the major issues which is needs to solve in contemporary environmental governance.On the basis of domestic and foreign research progress approach treatment of phenol wastewater comprehensive overview on,the work selects the biofilm electrode technology Combination of chemical and biological research direction of p-nitrophenol(PNP)to simulate pollutant,which carried out on the basis of biofilm electrode technology research for biofilm electrode technology in actual wastewater treatment foundation.The homemade biofilm electrodes reactor was conducted as the researching method in this paper,which used activated carbon fiber as anode and after acclimatization obtained by culture biofilm as cathode to degradate the nitrophenol wastewater through electrochemical and biochemical mechanism of action.Using three different methods,of biofilm,biofilm electrode and electrochemical method,compare nitrophenol degradation,and study on nitrophenol degradation biofilm electrodes.Research show that when the PNP initial concentration was 100mg·L-1 and processed for 10h,the biofilm electrode containing nitro phenol wastewater PNP and COD removal efficiency was significantly better than the other two.Detailed study of single factor applied voltage,the initial concentration of pollutants,aeration rate,electrolyte concentration,and initial pH of wastewater containing nitro phenol and COD removal PNP removal efficiency concluded that the influence of various factors.Research shows that with the increasing applied voltage,the wastewater and COD removal PNP showed a decreasing trend after the first increase;All increased with the initial concentration decreases;With aeration and the initial pH of the electrolyte concentration added value also showed a decreasing trend after the first increase.By orthogonal experimental analysis concluded that the impact of wastewater aeration PNP maximum removal rate,pH value,followed by the electrolyte concentration is minimal.Under the best conditions,the PNP nitrophenol wastewater removal efficiency was 85.85%.Response surface methodology to further optimize the experimental conditions selected Box-Benhnken Design(BBD)as the experimental design.Through Design expert7.0 software drawn from the analysis of the biofilm electrode degradation secondary nitrophenol polynomial model and obtained the interaction between various factors PNP removal effect on the impact of size,aeration-pH value>aeration-electrolyte concentration>electrolyte concentration-pH value.Point After optimization analysis,PNP removal rate greater than 60%was 30,in 0.22m3·h-1 aeration,an 0.99g·L-1electrolyte concentration and 7.16 pH value,the maximum removal was 86.2883%.Finally,the kinetics of electrode treatment of nitrophenol biofilms.Studies have shown that:PNP degradation kinetics analysis,applied voltage,electrolyte concentration and initial pH value of PNP degradation level consistent with the apparent reaction kinetics.Meanwhile,the different factors that influence the reaction rate constants were studied.The results showed that in the biofilm electrode reaction vessel,the reaction rate constants increased with the applied voltage,electrolyte concentration and increased the pH first increased and then decreased. |
