In order to reveal the toxic mechanism of heavy metal Cd and acid rain on plants,and to provide the basis and reference for the management and remediation of the soil contaminated by heavy metals in the area of acid rain.This paper mainly adopts pot controlled experiment,set up the heavy metal Cd(0,50,100mg),acid rain(p H 3.0,p H 5.6,p H 7.0),study the effects of heavy metal Cd and acid rain stress on the physiological and biochemical characteristics and the elements of the Eleocarpus glabripetalus seedlings,the main results are as follow:Whether Cd treatment alone or combined with acid rain and Cd,Cd showed a "low growth and high inhibition" phenomenon in the bald.Under the concentration of Cd was 50mg/kg,the increased Eleocarpus glabripetalus seedlings biomass were p H 3.0,p H 5.6,p H 7.0 treatment group,while the fluorescence parameters Fv/Fm,Fv/F0,Yield and q P and were no significant difference compared with the control group,at the same time,the relative conductivity,GSH content,the activity of POD and CAT between the enzyme and the control group showed no significant differences.in the concentration of Cd was 50mg/kg and the combined effect of acid rain Eleocarpus glabripetalus seedlings had no significant stress.In a separate Cd concentration is 50mg/kg,the total biomass of Eleocarpus glabripetalus was significantly higher than the control group,the content of Mg in leaves were significantly higher than control group,which is conducive to Elaeocarpus' s photosynthesis and electron transport,photosynthetic parameters in maximum net photosynthetic rate of Amax was significantly larger than that in the control group and the concentration of Cd;for 100mg/kg,the Eleocarpus glabripetalus seedlings biomass were decreased under p H 3.0 and p H 5.6,p H 7.0treatment group,Fv/Fm,Fv/F0,Yield and q P,Mg content in leaves,the Fe content of Eleocarpus glabripetalus and the optical response of the maximum net photosynthetic rate Amax,LSP curve and photosynthetic parameters were significantly at the same time,Eleocarpus glabripetalus is lower than the control group,the relative conductivity and POD activity was significantly higher than the control group,the GSH content and CAT enzyme activity was significantly lower than the control group.In summary,under stress of Cd and acid rain,Eleocarpus glabripetalus seedlings can endure adverse environment in the Cd(50mg)and p H ? 3.0 of acid rain.It can be seen that the Eleocarpus glabripetalus seedlings can be used as the green tree species for the treatment and remediation ofmild Cd contaminated soil in the acid rain area.
