Ink-jet Printing Digital Control Technology Research

Inkjet printing control system is a system combined with automation and digitalization.Digital control is applied in the whole printing control process from image information technology to the final printing forming.Thus,the workflow of inkjet printing system is significantly organized,each performs their own functions.According to the actual print data and production requirements,inkjet printing control system printing operations.This topic constructs the control strategy of the inkjet digital printing control system,and designed the core components of inkjet digital printing system that is motor control strategy,circuit selection,the FPGA hardware circuit design and implementation of a number of sprinkler modules’ motion control subsystem,and using modelsim software to simulate the control process to meet the design requirements and the desired effect;In addition,assuring the ink jet printing quality,in view of the nozzle module cleaning maintenance problems for research,and designed offline cleaning device control scheme for the nozzle module to raise the use efficiency of the nozzle.Based on the QT Creator embedded software design platform,it used C++ language to design the PC interface controller of the off-line cleaning system,this interface controller achieved good control effect in the practical work.Combining with the system alignment of inkjet digital printing device,verify the inkjet printing process,cleaning and maintenance of the equipment,analysis of the fault and their complementary;realized the staff by PC to real-time monitor the condition of the digital printing equipment,and properly handling each working procedure of digital inkjet printing equipment,effective maintenance of equipment in time,ensuring safety,reliability,high-speed,high quality and high performance of the printing process.
