In recent years,due to the lack of oil resources,people have made unremitting efforts to seek alternative sources of energy.Bio-butanol has the advantages of the same energy density as gasoline and low saturated vapor pressure and corrosive,so bio-butanol can be became an alternative fuel to mix with gasoline without artificial treatment.Therefore,making bio-butanol is a promising way to solve the problem of energy shortage.The current food crops prices are supervised by the government and the price is relatively high,so the biofuel produced by food crops doesn't have market competitiveness.In order to enlarge the market of biofuel,it is necessary to look for the biobutanol produced by non-food crops.In this work,Cassava was used as the raw materials for fermentation and the processes was optimize,aiming at obtaining the fermentation conditions and parameters to improv increaseing the butanol productionvity rate and reducinge the production cost of fermentation conditions and parameters.Firstly,In order to increase the total solvent concentration and butanol production of the process of fermentation,different nitrogen sources,such as ammonium hydroxide,urea,ammonium nitrate,ammonium sulfate,wheat bran,soybean meal and rice bran,were screened to get the optimal nitrogen sources and amount.The results showed that the fermentation could reach to normal level when the amount of adding 0.5%-0.5%of the nitrogen source added to feed was 0.5-1.5%.The best inorganic and organic nitrogen sources were urea and wheat bran,respectively.Secondly,the enlargement of fermentation of 50L was adopted in this work.The effects of dissolved oxygen,seed age,inoculum dose,temperature,initial pH value,wheat bran content,flexible materials content were tested to obtain optimal amplification fermentation parameters.The results showed that the low dissolved oxygen content was beneficial to butanol fermentation,the optimal conditions were composed of the best inoculum age of 36h and the inoculation dose of 10%,meanwhile,the temperature of initial stage of fermentation was maintained at 37 °C and no controlling later.The initial pH was 5 to 8,the content of wheat bran was 0.4%,in addition,the wheat and corm were used to mix with the cassava for fermentation,the appropriate adding amount of wheat and corn were 30%and 50%,respectively.Finally,ethanol distilled liquid recycle fermented experiment was carried out.We use the residual sugar in the liquid ethanol distillation worse,adding suitable amount of cassava raw material to butyl alcohol fermentation.We optimize the matching test of raw material,in order to obtain a better fermentation results.Trough the above experiments,we can save starch raw material quantity for the fermentation.At the same time,we can do better technology research for the industrialization of biobutanol production.
