As key parts of textile machinery-spinneret bottom hole groove,structure,machining precision and machining quality directly decides the quality of chemical fiber production.Spinneret belongs to high precision machinery products,each process has a very high demand,the ratio of bottom hole depth and diameter of spinneret,and blind hole processing,and is a typical large depth to diameter ratio of tiny hole,it is worth noting that the spinneret processing production more than 80% of the time be used for processing channel.At present,the processing method of the hole in the domestic spinning plate is to use the twist of the drill,and then use the flat drill to make the rehing of the bottom.Artificial processing has the following problem: the heart is not allowed(mainly is the tool and the bottom hole),the discharge and accumulation of the cuttings,the cutting and wear of the tool.If you want to base hole spinneret CNC processing,processing have to be in the process of on-line detection tool,drilling technology,can be real-time monitoring and timely feedback and modification,and further develop a variety of functional integration,which integrates automatic on-line detection device.Data in this paper,through literature analysis and survey research methods such as the spinneret bottom hole processing technology in domestic and foreign development present situation,proposed the research methods and research content of this paper,and emphatically studied the essence of drilling parameters and its optimization,the spade drill design parameters optimization,optimization of grinding and bottom hole spinneret tool detection.First,in terms of drill base hole spinneret fine processing,through concrete experiment,this paper from the cutting speed,feed and turning back three specific parameters to analyze its influence on cutting force and torque;It is concluded by experiment that the spindle speed is kept within a certain speed range,and the number of holes drilled by hard alloy is much higher than that of high speed steel drill.In this paper,the paper proposes that the method of numerical control suspension should be used to guarantee the thickness of the base.Secondly,this paper use modeling software to modeling,cutting tool and workpiece using finite element analysis software Deform 3 d computer simulation is carried out on flat drill processing,mainly compared the cutting force and torque under different process parameters changed,thus provides the spade drill cutting process parameters determination of reference and theoretical basis;The process parameters of the grinding process of the flat drill are studied.The technological parameters in the grinding process of spade drills were also studied in present research.The asymmetry of spade drills was considered.A novel grinding process was designed to fully amplify the function of grinding machine with high–accuracy.It provided strong theoretical support for improving the consistency and optimized design of spade drills.In addition,it was observed that the roughness of rake face of spade drills has obvious influence on the drilling processes.Grinding wheel was selected due to the cost performance upon the results of actual experiments.Finally,a set of automatic test equipment with optical,mechanical and electrical integration,specially used for micro-hole drills of spinneret plate test was designed creatively.The motor system of this equipment was designed with motion control card,four shaft linkage precision platform and motor,automatic dislocation was taken out according to the positional deviation of the drills;image acquisition system was designed by the employment of image capture card,CCD,industrial lens and light source;and also the testing software of micro-hole drilling process was designed.The actual test of various spinneret plate micro-drills indicated that this control system was reliable,stable and fast.The accuracy of the test was ±1 ?m and ±0.5o in length and angle,respectively.The automatic test equipment of micro-drill in spinneret plate can take place of manual test,which could relieve the stress of testing personnel and result in higher test efficiency and accuracy.Therefore,the quality and consistency of micro-hole drills was guaranteed.
