The discharge of waste gas and waste water in the process of metal smelting is an important problem in the development of the industry.At present,domestic and foreign non-ferrous metal deposition mostly adopts the conventional electrowinning process,the drawbacks of insoluble anode electrodeposition method directly affects the production of electrolytic metal electrowinning process,it has become an urgent problem in the current non-ferrous metal smelting enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a new type of electro deposition technology.The new film metal electrodeposition process,as a result of the cation selective membrane and the anion selective diaphragm,the electrolytic cell is divided into an anode chamber,a separation chamber and a cathode chamber in turn.Prevent free diffusion of ions at the same current efficiency,thereby controlling the electrode in the electrode reaction and ion electrode,the main reaction efficiency increased to inhibit the occurrence of adverse reactions,resulting in high quality products of electrowinning cathode.Product process of metal electrodeposition of Cobalt Application of new membrane power in this paper,the process is almost completely inhibited the chloride ion diffusion to the anode,thus eliminating the chlorine produced at the same time,chlorine and hydrogen ions in the electrolyte concentration in the septum in the room,in the form of recovering hydrochloric acid and its application in cobalt smelting process before.So the new type of membrane metal electrodeposition method intercept chloride ions and reduce the chlorine through production,recovery of hydrochloric acid,avoid the effects of electrolyte and anode electrode reaction products to reduce or eliminate chlorine and other harmful gases to the operator's health and environmental damage,these advantages make the new membrane metal electrodeposition process has been widely studied in the laboratory.In this paper,the metal cobalt smelting process as the research object,the application of the new film deposition process was carried out in the laboratory research,field pilot study and demonstration project construction.Electrowinning process on cobalt electrowinning process of conventional and three double membrane were compared using a small experimental device in the laboratory.The inhibitory effect of the membrane deposition process on the production of chlorine in the process of cobalt electrodeposition was studied.The effect of this process on acid recovery was studied.The effects of process on the operation voltage and energy consumption were studied.The theoretical basis for the formation of experimental results can be used in experimental study.Secondly,the application of membrane power on the basis of previous studies in the Jinchuan company product technology co refining workshop for the experiment in the field,through the experiments the problems found in the continuous improvement process of core components--integration of membrane components,while optimizing the process parameters,developed a new type of membrane tank and electrowinning the matching process system,the process has the conditions for industrial applications.Finally,in Jinchuan,CO refining workshop and the success of the demonstration project construction process model of membrane electric product,and operation status of the demonstration project of monitoring,evaluation of the three aspects of the research through the septum inhibitory effect,the demonstration project to chlorine chamber effect and economic performance of acid recovery.The results showed as follows:(1)Adding membrane system in the electric tank can significantly inhibit the migration of chloride ion in the chloride electrolyte,The chlorine gas produced by the new membrane method has more than 90% of the conventional electric product,and the modified domestic ion exchange membrane is not far from the imported ion exchange.The septum room of the new membrane method can obtain 5.8% hydrochloric acid by 25 hours,which is very close to the concentration of hydrochloric acid in the process of acid leaching for 6% hours.Application of a new type of membrane electrolysis process to increase the voltage 0.5V than the conventional process,but the current efficiency increased by 4 percentage points,while the cancellation of the chlorine absorption and collection and processing system,the comprehensive evaluation method of membrane electrolysis process will not increase the power consumption.(2)The experiment results show that the membrane module package,the temperature of the electro effusion and the operation mode of the system have great influence on the quality of the metal.Improvement in the membrane module,the electric heating and cobalt effusion effective continuous operation,results showed that cobalt black,leather and other issues have been resolved,the current efficiency was also improved.Finally with 3D mesh structure,water pure silicone cushion seal,titanium alloy corrosion bolt pole membrane integrated device;the steam heating device for heating titanium tube welding cobalt cobalt electrolyte circulating liquid,maintain temperature 55 to 58 DEG C,cobalt electrolyte concentration of 80 ~ 100g/L,and adding boric acid as stabilizer pH;with 24 hours of continuous operation,each operation cycle is 120 hours,two cycle uninterrupted,single cobalt cathode plate turns to extract and change the new way of switching operation cycle.The film method has good operation,reasonable experimental parameters,and the structure design of the polar membrane integrated device has achieved the expected goal.The experimental data and the quality of cobalt can reach the test target,and can be transferred to the stage of the demonstration project.(3)The demonstration project shows that the new film deposition technique can reduce the chlorine gas by 99%~ 99.5%,hydrochloric acid concentration and enrichment of ventricular septum reached 6% ~ 7%,recovery of hydrochloric acid can be used in all of the previous process of cobalt cobalt.Compared with the traditional electric membrane product technology,new membrane electrodialysis technique increased the membrane resistance leads to cell voltage and power consumption has increased,but for reducing the amount of absorption of chlorine alkali and hydrochloric acid can be recycled,the cost is greatly reduced,resulting in tons of direct electrical cobalt can reduce the cost of 4700 yuan / ton,and the quality of cobalt deposit reaches the national Co9998 grade standard.
