| With the increasing pressure and living pace in modern society,causing lots of people to have no time to take exercises.As national fitness is proposed by the State as a national strategy,the integration of fitness with daily life is significance.This article combines bicycle,a green and convenient means of transport,to analyze the current exercise mode and external structure of bicycle and then design a new type of bicycle for the modernist to keep fitness.Solid Works is applied to make the 3D shape of such bicycle and ANSYS is used to check after the design plan is made.The article does dynamics analysis by nonlinear theory to verify the rationality and feasibility of this paper from several aspects,and then the sample bicycle is made to be used in real life.First of all,the essay analyzes the current exercise mode and overall structure of bicycle to have comprehensive considerations,such as fitness effect,safety,novelty and processing difficulty.The rolling device is designed based on lever principle.The bicycle can be ridden with feet on the pedals and body weight to keep fitness.By the survey on other bicycles,the materials of each component are confirmed on the premise of riding safety.The overall structure of fitness bicycle is designed according to ergonomics and national bicycle standard,and then Solid Works is applied to draw 3D drawing to carry out the future research.Secondly,the paper analyzes the force condition of bicycle during use.It uses ANSYS Workbench to establish finite element analytical model of bicycle frame and rolling device.Constraint,partition grid and other steps are added to get static strength analysis result,fatigue nephogram and modal analysis result in real situation so as to check if this design can reach the safety standard.Thirdly,according to nonlinear dynamics theory,it takes frame-damper as project background to abstract a vibration system to uncouple motion equations.A numerical simulation of parameters is employed in Matlab to observe system’s Hopf Bifurcation and Torus Doubling Bifurcation under the different parameters to transform into chaotic state.The nonlinear dynamics analysis can help to avoid the influence of vibration on new type fitness bicycle.Finally,the sample bicycle is produced according to the engineering drawing made by Solid Works.Compared with several exercise modes in daily life,this kind of new type fitness bicycle has good fitness effect.This design has both functions of common bicycle and fitness bicycle,which is a perfect combination to help people keep health,enjoy entertainment and improve living standard. |
