The coal mine distribution network is mostly radial structure with multiple feeders of unilateral power supply,and the distribution lines are short,which makes the short-circuit current value of the substation at each level is not very different,and the quick-break protection area of each switch is difficult to be determined,The power supply side of the line current protection action time limit,resulting in coal mine distribution line between the upper and lower levels is difficult to rely on increasing the time difference to achieve the protection action selectivity,there are lower-level distribution line short-circuit fault,superior switch leaping,A serious threat to mine safety.In view of coal mine for power distribution network leapfrog phenomenon,but also taking into account the GOOSE communication mechanism in terms of real-time and reliability of the superior,designed based on GOOSE communication lockout leap-class trip protection system.In the coal mine short-circuit fault occurs,relying on GOOSE communication based mine protection and control device between the blocking signal fast,real-time,reliable transmission,can quickly and accurately determine the location of the fault point,in the shortest possible time to have a fault Removal,effectively prevent the failure of the area to expand.This paper analyzes the causes of the leaping of the coal mine distribution network protection device in detail,introduces the architecture of the anti-leaping trip protection system based on GOOSE communication lockout and the realization principle of the protection function,and designs the hardware and software respectively.The protection system hardware,including the main control module,communication management module,man-machine interface module,analog acquisition module,into the out of the module and the communication interface module.Software design,the use of modular design,introduced the overall structure of the software,and from the bottom and the application layer of the two aspects of the protection system for software design.For the underlying application,the main program,interrupt handler,communication interface program and communication management module flow chart design;for the upper application,the main GOOSE part of the software design and anti-leap-off trip protection function of the flow chart design.Finally,the verification of the anti-leaping-level trip protection function is carried out,and the selectivity and quick-motion of the protection and control device are tested.The test results show that the overall performance index of the anti-leap protection scheme meets the expected target of the scheme.
