The residual coal spontaneous combustion is one of the major disasters in coal mine,and air leakage is the main factor leading to spontaneous combustion of mined coal,so the law of air leakage and putting forward targeted measures of prevent and extinguish fire is the main means of preventing spontaneous combustion of coal in gob.This paper based gob with research object in Southeast,according to gas emission phenomenon in 150903 working face's return airway,through the combination of theoretical study,field measurement and numerical simulation methods to study and analyze air leakage rule of coal seam Group in Xinji NO.1 coal mine's Southeast area,and leakage field of 150903 working face 'gob,to determine spontaneous combustion of dangerous areas of 150903 working face 'gob,and put forward the corresponding fire prevention and technical measures.Application of energy measurement combined with double-tracer detection detect leakage in Southeast mining area's coal seam group,qualitative analysis to determine the existence of air leakage channels and analysis of the leakage air leakage,quantitative calculation of the maximum vulnerability and leakage time.Application of continuous constant current release tracker gas to study and analyze the law of air leakage in 150903 working face 'gob,and it's concluded that the air leakage rate of the 150903 working face is 0.59 m3/s.To detect air distribution in 150903 working face's tendency,it's concluded that the total air volume of the inlet lane is 1341 m3/min,and the total air volume of the return airway is 1365 m3/min.Using Fluent numerical simulation software,the simulation results are in good agreement with the actual average particle size of 0.35 m,and to set up biomass permeability distribution model of 150903 working face' gob,the results show that the "O"-shaped distribution is complied with in the gob.The risk zone of mined-out area is divided by the limit wind speed method,it's concluded that the wind direction of the mined-out area is 10-75m,the return air side is 15-110m and the rear of the fully mechanized mining support is 5?15m.Based on the above research results,the prevention and control system of coal spontaneous combustion in the southeast coal seams of Xinji No.1 mine coal is established,and the countermeasures of fire prevention and extinguishing are put forward to provide the theoretical basis for mine safety production.
