With depletion of oil resources, prices of petroleum products are rising people recycle the waste mineral oil, according to it have significant advantages of social value and ecology from economy, resource and e:nvironment.Due to the sources of waste mineral oil are wide and waste mineral oil is - dangerous while it is difficult to handle with-. The original waste mineral oil most is directly by landfill, by burn, and discarded, just part of the waste mineral oil has been recovered and less has been -preparation of fuel oil by cracking the waste mineral oil. The waste mineral oil not only caused serious waste of resources but also caused the pollution to the environment. The equipment investment of cracking the waste mineral oil is large, the problem of waste which produced from cracking the waste mineral oil is not well solved, the main index of the oil produced by the pyrolysis are different with national standard. Such as: color,smell,cetane number,viscosity,density and so on. In this paper, a new type of waste mineral oil catalytic cracking process for fuel oil is studied.This process is simple, convenient operation, enabling waste mineral oil by pyrolysis to produce fuel oil.This experiment focus on alumina carrier load of preparing rare earth lant-hanum catalyst, the catalyst of new type is suitable for all kinds of waste mineral oil catalytic cracking. Studied the effects of different quantities of catalyst and the content of rare earth lanthanum used in experiment on fuel oil yield, residue yield, do not affect the yield of condensate gas. Exploring effects of the temperature of pyrolysis and the time of pyrolysis on process. The optimum technological conditions are as follows: tower kettle pyrolysis temperature is 380℃ to 480℃, reaction time is from 70 min to 90 min,and oil recovery rate was 90.05%. Analysis of distillation range of pyrolysis oil through distillation unit.In this paper,the stability of the fuel oil which produced by the cracking of waste mineral oil is studied. through the screening of extraction agent, developed a highly efficient mixed organic chelating extraction of hydrofining process, experimental results show that the shade of the fuel oil significantly is decreased, the stability is increased obviously. Refined chromaticity is close to the national standard of fuel oil.oil significantly after 2.5, placed chromaticity below 3.5 after 1 month.
