In the development of oil and gas fields,With the development of measurement Whiling drilling technology,The demand for downhole information transmission rate is getting higher and higher.Based on Continuous wave mud pulse with reliable performance,high transfer rates and moderate cost advantages,making it an important development direction for measurement Whiling drilling technology.The control core of the continuous wave mud pulse is the control system of the rotary valve drive motor,This paper mainly designs the program development of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system.Firstly,the working principle of continuous wave mud pulse is analysised,Which controls the drive motor to change the flow area of the mud during the high-speed rotation of the rotary valve to produce a continuous pressure pulse carrier signal,and then modulate the downhole measurement information onto the mud pressure pulse carrier to realize high-speed transmission of the data.Secondly,the design scheme of the motor control system,the modeling and simulation of the rotary valve and the motor control system are introduced.Using the existing laboratory equipment in the open experimental platform for hardware building,control system core chip for TMS320F2812.The software development of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is designed emphatically,The program flow chart is designed the monitoring interface?system program design of the overall design of the block diagram?main program?initialize the program?timer interrupt?power drive protection interrupt?SVPWM module design?design of Current Sampling Module?position(speed)module design and communication module design.Finally,an experimental analysis is carried out on the open experimental platform,The experimental results show that the program of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system can be run stably to ensure that the permanent magnet synchronous motor can switch between different speeds and improve the transmission rate of downhole information.
