Shale gas is a new energy source,both the potential alternative to conventional natural gas energy,but also clean environmental energy.At present in the United States,Canada and other commercial exploitation and utilization has been achieved.However,due to the complexity of the surface environment and geological characteristics of shale gas reservoirs in China,the development process and technology are still in the experimental exploration stage.At present,the reconstruction process of shale gas reservoir based on hydraulic fracturing can not achieve the desired ideal mining effect.It can be seen that the exploration and research of shale gas development technology is imminent.Thus,this paper has carried out a multi-pulse fracturing composite technology model of shale gas reservoir.Based on the analysis of the principle and function of the Multi-pulse high-energy gas fracturing technique,this paper studies the geological characteristics of shale gas reservoirs and explores that the technique is suitable for shale gas reservoirs.A study was conducted on the energy utilization and charge rate of shale gas multi-pulse fracturing agents,and the software was compiled,It is concluded that the energy consumption of the fracturing fluid can be effectively reduced by using the fully enclosed fracturing wellhead device,the delay control ignition device and the multi-stage charge structure,which can improve the energy utilization rate of the fracturing agent and further generate Multi-fracture system to produce better fracturing effect.Based on the multi-pulse composite fracturing mechanism of shale gas,the multi-pulse fracturing process of shale gas horizontal well is studied,and the selection and design of the intermittent ignition control device,solid fracturing agent and the horizontal solid Multi-stage charge structure is designed in detail,and a fully enclosed multi-pulse fracturing process model of shale gas reservoir horizontal well is designed,and the process is discussed with hydraulic jet fracturing.Finally,combined with a wellin the actual site construction to process model design,the use of computing software to calculate the charge.This technology provides a new way for the development of shale gas in China.Based on the mechanism of multi-pulse composite fracturing technique,the fractal calculation model of multi-pulse composite hydraulic fracturing technology of shale gas reservoir is established,and the extended extensional equivalent treatment is given for the further study.In the multi-cracks in the expansion of the problem to provide the direction and ideas,it is recommended to continue to consider the three-dimensional multi-crack steering and loss of factors such as the impact of further study.
