With the rapid development of oil& gas industry,there are more concerns are being driven to the subsea resources.With merits of extraordinary financial and technical accessibility,deflagration fracturing technology is being widely adopted in the fields;However,as a result of that most wells subsea are finished with screen completion,high temperature and high pressure gas produced during the fracturing process can be leaking into the formation through fractures and holes on screen,deteriorating sand control and screen tube,thus deflagration fracturing has rarely been used in subsea oil& gas development.In order to improve the application of this technology,the feasibility study on deflagration fracturing through ground simulation is inevitable.The feasibility study on deflagration fracturing mainly covers theoretical study on deflagration,ground analog simulation on deflagration fracturing,and study on killing fluid performance in wellbore and fracture development during deflagration fracturing.Evaluation of casing safety is conducted through the theoretical study and design on deflagration fracturing.Assessment of sand control capability and sand screen safety before and after the explosion are observed through the ground analog simulation and sand control experiment.Based on the simulated deflagration process from ANSYS15.0/LS_DYNA,the pressure surge transmission features and pressure-time relations are being observed;a mathematical model will be built and solved based on the theoretical study on deflagration fracturing,in order to establish software with of deflagration perimeters calculation.A comprehensive study on feasibility of deflagration fracturing is conducted in this paper with accurate evaluations on screen safety and sand control capability through a series experiments.In this paper,the feasibility of blasting fracturing is studied comprehensively.Through a series of experiments,the safety and sand control ability of the screen after deflagration are analyzed and evaluated.The research results are in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the experiment,the results for the offshore oil field high energy gas fracturing application has great guiding significance.With strict compliance of related provisions of experiments,the research results of the paper are of essentially guiding significance for high pressure and high temperature gas fracturing in offshore fields.
