Hydraulic ultrasonic and low-frequency pulse Treating cementing technology can improve cement slurry hydration and displacement efficiency, then enhance cement bounding quality,in cement slurry injection, displacement and curing of slurry installing in casing below the float collar to produce ultrasonic and low frequency pulse waves. It can shear annulus cement slurry and drilling fluid to improve cementing quality. The objective of this research paper is mainly based on commonly used Perlman ultrasonic and downhole low frequency pulse generating device. The effects of low frequency pulse waves are analyzed to prevent annular gas channeling, improve displacement efficiency, enhance the strength of one or two cemented surfaces and shorten the initial and final setting time. The chemical, mechanical and thermal effects of ultrasonic on cement slurry hydration are also analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the application of cementing technology. The ultrasonic generator is mainly used cement slurry in casing, the frequency range of acoustic waves is obtained by solving harmonic frequency and frequency of the Perlman generator Reed in cement slurry. The absorption attenuation and scattering attenuation of acoustic waves and their influencing factors are analyzed according to the model of Urick-Lamb sound intensity attenuation and the effective distance of sound intensity is obtained. The low frequency pulse-generating device mainly works by the vibration of medium caused by the propagation of low frequency pulse wave in the annular cement slurry.Mechanical model is established to solve wave equation of low frequency pulse waves. The effective range of low frequency pulse waves is analyzed by amplitude change rate and its influencing factors. And then provide the feasibility and parameter optimization analysis for cementing technology.
