In this paper,according to facing water-flooding difficulties of the XinZhuang block in recent developing years,and analyzing the status and problems about deep profile control technology over the years,according to the reservoir type,XinZhuang block belongs to lower porosity and permeability reservoir,thereservoir is mainly featured by high irreducible water saturation,strong heterogeneity and so on.With prolonged production period,moisture content of the block continues to rise,single well yield decreased year by year,and some oil Wells in water appeared phenomenon ofwatered-out and water channeling,and produced seriously influence for the normal production in this block.The existing technology can not meet the needs of reservoir geology of XinZhuang block.The further study of the deep profile control technology is urgent,and to solve the problems in the XinZhuang block.Based on profile control technology research about the Injection wells in the country,carried out a study about the formulation of deep profile control agent system indoor,developed ionomer gel profile control agent and slow expansion of flexible viscoelastic particle profile control agent that are suitable for XinZhuang Block,crosslinked gel oil displacement agent consists of amphoteric polymer of 0.2% and stabilizer of 0.25%and crosslinking agent of 0.25%,and its performance was evaluated.Through experiment of core flow evaluates profile controlling displacement effect,and the experiment shows that the combination use of crosslinked gel oil displacement agent and Delay of sticky particles oil displacement agent can improve the efficiency of the sealed edge seepage channel,forcing the injected water flow direction changes.On the basic of Indoors research about profile agent system,combining the two agent,and carrying out profile process design for XinZhuang Block.The complex ion crosslinked gel profile control agent and slow expansion of flexible viscoelastic particle profile control agent meet the needs of XinZhuang block reservoir profile,there is a good effect of rainfall and increasing oil,cumulative increased oil is about 100 t on average in 5072 well group,5077-1well group and 5014-1 well group. |
