| According to the latest statistics show that China’s annual construction area building has more than 650 million square meters,the results lead to the construction waste is also day and increase with age.Currently,the annual number of construction waste accounted for a larger proportion of the total amount of garbage the city,it has become a problem of how to properly handle.For now,most of the construction waste were not any treatment to be transported to the suburbs or the countryside,or the use of open dumps landfill manner.This approach not only takes up a lot of arable land and construction funds,and Yisa and dust,dust and other problems in the removal and stacking process,but also increased environmental pollution,to the social environment increasingly unbearable pressure.And simply abandoned construction waste does not meet the resource sustainable development strategy is a waste of natural resources.Through the use of construction waste as aggregate,cement and fly ash as cementitious materials,masonry made into recycled aggregate,recycled aggregate concrete,recycled aggregate concrete pavement bricks,recycled aggregate mortar.And we conducted a series of orthogonal test strength,water absorption,frost resistance,and other related properties of its slump.The results showed that the strength of recycled aggregate concrete were higher than 15 Mpa,flexural strength than 5Mpa,frost resistance is higher than the 50 D,in which the mass loss rate of less than 5%,the strength loss rate of less than 25%.Although newer aggregate concrete terms,the relevant properties are some gaps,but the actual construction of the composite national standard.And construction waste as recycled aggregate cost of production of a comprehensive analysis of the results shows that for every cubic meter of recycled aggregate concrete to save 44 yuan than the new ready-mixed concrete.Thus,the subject for study and research recycling of construction waste utilization has economic,environmental and other very important practical significance. |
