In nuclear accident,leakage of radioactive substances may produce a large number of radioactive dust.In order to prevent the dust suspending in the air for a long time and producing a wide range of radioactive pollution,it is very important to control and remove radioactive dust effectively in nuclear accident.Due to abruptness and indetermination of nuclear accident,the flexible spray atomization dust removal is a better way to cope with and also can avoid radioactive nuclide damaging the relevant work personnel in dust removal process.So,choosing a suitable pressure preparations for removing radioactive aerosol has larger significance.In this paper,aerosol preparation with a three-dimensional network structure was prepared in aqueous solution by free radical polymerization method.After atomized spray,pressure preparation and aerosol dust particles coagulate into a larger particle and settle down on the surface of something and form stripping film after drying.By monomer design and selection,the optimization of synthesis process,a product which meet the expected goal is prepared and its structure,performance characterization is tested in this paper.This paper mainly studied the wettability and adhesion performance of dust,film forming performance and efficiency of different viscosity pressure.The wettability and cohesiveness on the aerosol dust are different,but collision of pressure preparation droplets and dust particles may be a key factor of the suppress efficiency.The smaller surface tension of Pressure preparation is,the better efficience is.Because the small diameter of the atomized droplets can increasing the density of dust particles,thus increasing collision frequency of pressure droplets and dust.But the larger viscosity of pressure is better to cohesive the dust,and can avoid the dust down again to form secondary pollution.Compared with natural sedimentation,the pressurepreparation can increase sedimentation rate and shorten settling time at the same time and form cured film on different substrate surface,reducing the radioactive nuclide for workers and environmental pollution.
