The application and expectation of nanomaterials as the upcoming 21 st century functional materials has attracted wide attention and application because their nanoscale materials have different physical and chemical properties than those of other scales, which have aroused strong interest from scientists,In the field of chemistry, biology and physics research has made a lot of breakthroughs.Nanostructures with tubular structures, due to their own structure, have cavities that contain a wide variety of guest molecules, which can be implanted with a wide variety of functional groups in the process of assembling monomers according to the needs of different applications,But also in the construction of the pipeline structure after its corresponding derivative reaction, the monomer to non-covalent bonds such as ?-? stacking force, van der Waals force, hydrogen bonds, hydrophobic forces, coordination keys and other connections. When the external environment changes, the structure can make the corresponding reversible reaction. These advantages make the synthetic self-assembled nanotubes in the field of molecular recognition, catalysis, separation, gas adsorption, functional object orientation, molecular inclusion, drug transport, membrane transfer, chemotherapy and optoelectronic materials To apply. The mixed manganese cluster has been paid more and more attention because of its great application prospect in the fields of monomolecular magnets, microelectronic components, catalysis and metalloproteinase activity simulation. We envisioned the combination of metal clusters and nanotubes, which are actually metal-organic framework materials(MOFs)with tubular structures with multi-core manganese clusters as nodes. The first part of the first chapter of this paper briefly reviews the development of nano-materials and the results obtained, but also briefly describes the nature of several nano-materials,synthetic methods and application areas. The second part introduces the different synthetic means of several metal organic skeletons and the research results obtained by this group before this.In the second chapter,we selected the ligand N-(1,3-dihydroxyisopropyl)-4-methylbenzenesulfonamide as the research object,by changing the size of the cyclic organic amine, that is,different amines And the structure, synthesis conditions and crystallographic properties of the four compounds were characterized and the results showed that the structural changes of these compounds were studied. In the third chapter,we select the unidentified organic groups on the ligand as the object of study,by changing the R substituent, that is,changing the steric hindrance of the unallocated organic groups on the ligand or the ability to provide weak interactions Organic functional groups,to explore the impact of the phenomenon of the tube.
