Physical properties are relatively better, can have better metal mobility, reduce the flow resistance of the liquid at the branch.However, research in the domestic cylinder is at the initial stage, the development of mobile multi style forming method cannot form branch flexible. In this paper, here the flanging forming several key issues discussed.Cylindrical pipe structure is connected with two tube based structure, in the process of connecting with the general method for welding,so it is a very high requirement for the flatness of the branch pipe connection structure. In the flanging forming, shape and size, pipe thickness, chamfer prefabricated hole the size of the branch in the eccentric eccentricity will influence the flanging height. Among them, the prefabricated hole is the key factor to influence the forming quality. The domestic and foreign scholars in the study of surface flanging forming process, to do a lot of work on this basis put forward two general theory followed through the cold forming: one is line length equal theory; another is the area of law theory.In this paper, the shape and size of the cold processing technology of prefabricated hole flanging optimization design and experimental method were studied by the mathematical model, simulation, finite element. After verification, such as line theory more suitable for us based on length equal theory to establish a mathematical model to calculate the shape and size of the prefabricated hole and set up the corresponding solving program.Use SolidWorks to design a prefabricated hole shape and size of the computational procedures, in order to obtain accurate for hole size, interpolation optimization method of precast the hole size optimized design, to obtain more accurate for hole size; using DYNAFORM software simulation analysis of a spherical shell circular manifold flange forming process,flange height and fillet forming results for the flanging provides a theoretical basis for the choice of process parameters; to optimize the design process,design of a typical spherical shell with a branch pipe parts forming process and die.
