Chirality exists extensively in nature,and one of the basic characteristics of life.Spanning from small molecules such as L-amino acids and D-sugars to macroscale objects such as plant vines and the human body.The study of chiral structure plays an extremely important role in our exploration,and it is an important bridge between nature science and chemical.Inspired by natural chiral molecules,chimeric polymers can be synthesized by rationally designing with a single chirality or by external conditions through rational design of the molecular structure,Which is combined with metal nanoparticles with optical properties to obtain the metal nanoparticle composites with chiral plasma properties.From the point of studying the special optical properties of chiral molecules and their application contribution.In this paper,the ?-conjugated polymers of chiral helix molecules were designed and synthesized,and the substitution process of ?-conjugated polymers on the surface of gold nanoparticles was studied.1.A helix trimer with pyridine monomer and a mixed helix structure with pyridine and quinoline monomers were designed and synthesized.The structure of the two helical molecules was characterized by many characterization methods to determine the helical configuration.In the latter part of the spiral structure side chain,the introduction of single-handed natural small molecule cysteine,circular dichroism can be confirmed to obtain a single chiral helical structure,to achieve the flexibility of the side chain of the spiral molecular chiral remote control.2.The ?-conjugated azo-based block copolymer PAzoMA-b-MMA was synthesized by RAFT polymerization,which could interact with the chiral solvent molecules.Explored its interaction with chiral solvents in different solvents to achieve chiral expression.The effect of PMMA block on chiral expression was clarified.The surface grafting on the gold nanorods was achieved by using the strong interaction between the thiol end groups and the gold crystal faces,and the conditions for chiral assembly of gold nanoparticles by chiral solvent were investigated.
