Recently,the research on fluorescent probe received tremendous attention.The fluorescent probe has many excellent properties,including good selectivity,high sensitivity,easy operating,low toxicity and real-time analysis,so on.It has been widely used in the recognition and sensing of bio-molecules in living systems.The xanthene fluorescent probe has received more attention due to their virtues such as high photo-stability,large molar extinction coefficent,large stokes shift and relatively long emission wavelengths.Moreover,when encounting with target analyte,accompanying distinct the color of changes which could enable the probe with naked eye detection.The nile red dye has lots advantages,such as high fluorescence quantum yield.Its maximum emission wavelength is located in red visible light region(500-700 nm),therefore subjecting the background noise is relatively small.As a result,they are a good fluorescent carrier.The main work of this paper was the design and synthesis of three xanthene-coumarin fluorescent probe(L1-L3)and a nile red fluorescent probe(L4).Furthermore,the recognition performance of the probe was studied and applied to cell imaging and environmental detection.These There probes were well characterized by1 H NMR,13 C NMR and HR-MS.The concrete contents are shown as follows:1.Two new high selective and sensitive fluorescent probe for the detection of ClO-was developed based on xanthene-coumarin.The probe can selectively recognize ClO-in the ethanol/PB buffer,accompanying the distinct color change of solution which allows the naked eye detection.Moreover,the probes had an excellent biocompatible ability,and can used for fluorescence imaging in living cells.In addition,we have done the relevant paper experiment and get a good result.2.A new high selective and sensitive fluorescent probe for the detection of HSO3-was developed based on xanthene-coumarin.The probe can selectively recognize HSO3-in the pure Tris-HCl buffer,accompanying the obvious color change of solution,which allows the naked eye detection.Besides,the probes had anexcellent biocompatible ability,and can successfully used for fluorescence imaging in living cells.3.A new high selective and sensitive fluorescent probe for the detection of HSO3-was developed based on nile red derivative.The probe can selectively recognize the small molecules biothiols(cysteine and glutathione)and HS-.The probe can detect cysteine at fluorescence emission 543 nm.The probe can effectively distinguish HS-from other analytes by the kinetic experiment at fluorescence emission 636 nm.A significant color change could be observed,and probe was successfully applied in cell imaging.
