With the continuous improvement of oil exploration and mining technology,rotary liner cementing technology has been widely used.However,China’s research on such technology started late,coupled with the blockade of foreign technology,so the development of self-owned rotary cementing tool is particularly important.Hanger is a key component of rotating tail pipe,low speed,heavy load,high corrosive mud and other complex conditions is the main characteristics of the work of this type of bearing,the domestic life of the average life of the hanger bearings less than 20 hours.Up to now,the task force on the hanger bearing has started a wide range of work,in order to better integrate the existing research results to facilitate follow-up research.This paper develops and designs a CAD/CAE integrated platform based on hybrid programming for rotary liner hanger bearing.The specific contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Through the existing CAD/CAE integration technology research,combined with the current research group research results,this paper proposes a hybrid programming based on VB tool for Solidworks and ANSYS software,and builds an integrated platform that can be quickly designed and analyzed.2.In the CAD module secondary development process,this article is based on VB language call SolidWorks comes with API object,combined with Solidworks software macro function module,to achieve the hanger bearing parts and finite element analysis model parametric modeling.Finally,the simplified CAD model is compiled with VB to realize the seamless connection between CAD and CAE model data.This method not only can reduce the time of model design,but also can improve the accuracy of the model,to shorten the design cycle and improve the efficiency of model design.3.In the process of CAE module development,this paper designs and develops a platform that can realize parametric finite element analysis of bearing based on VB language and APDL parameterized language in Ansys software.The platform can achieve bearing bearing capacity analysis,roller repair effect analysis,sealing ring sealing performance analysis and other functions.Through the combination of APDL and VB,we can complete the parameterization of bearing CAE model,physical attribute addition,meshing,load and constraint application,solution calculation and result output.This method avoids the cumbersome manual operation process and improves the analysis efficiency.4.Based on the secondary development of CAD and CAE modules,this article also uses VB language to build friendlyFinally,the feasibility and stability of the CAD/CAE integration platform are verified by the example form,which facilitates the follow-up research of the research group.This paper designs a CAD/CAE integrated platform based on hybrid programming for rotary liner hanger bearings,which can realize the rapid design and analysis of the bearing model and facilitate the in-depth study of the follow-up task group.In the similar design and integration platform development has important reference significance.
